14 Jan Commercial Locals at the CC Rosa Center
The Rosa Center Shopping Center is located in Playa Paraíso, on a plot integrated in an environment with great tourist and residential development in recent years, especially since the opening of the Hard Rock Hotel, and the recent opening of the H10 Atlantic Sunset.
At this moment, several 4 and 5 stars hotels are planned in the area, being the area of greatest natural expansion in the south of Tenerife. These hotel openings are generating trust and commitment to develop an area that will be one of the new economic engines in the south of the island of Tenerife
Currently there is no commercial competition to the CC Rosa Center project, based on the commercial offer nowadays in the area of Playa Paraíso in small shops, restaurants and shops.
The objective of the Rosa Center Shopping Center focuses on responding to the great growth that this area is experiencing, providing it with a complete and quality commercial offer, to this hotel and residential core of Adeje.
There are still some commercial stores available. Being possible both the rent and the sale, a project suitable for the RIC, which makes it more interesting among investors.
