- Pet owners are prohibited from allowing pets to perform any type of deposition in the buildings and common areas of the shopping center. However, they must carry all the necessary cleaning utensils to clean the excrement of their pets before any eventuality.
- Pet owners are obliged to clean any type of dirt and / or excrement left by them.
- The owners of pets will be liable to any person who may be harmed by it, their property, physical integrity and / or life. - Pet owners or holders exonerate from any responsibility to the Mall Rosa Center. - Rosa Center, in order to guarantee the safety of its visitors, reserves the right of admission in the event that it deems convenient. - Pets are allowed as long as they are pets (dogs or cats). In no case will be allowed the entry of animals: reptiles, arachnids, birds, among other species.
- The owners or holders of pets, must collect and deposit in the places and containers of garbage the excrements that occur during their stay in the common areas.
- Pet access will be allowed for common areas, not for private areas (the only way to enter a private area is for the owner / administrator / vendor to totally agree to let them enter and give their authorization, otherwise it’s not allowed)
The entrance of pets that do not comply with all regulations will not be allowed.
